There have been a few blog posts about my “incident” in Japan.  I took the opportunity to write about it and here is my story published last year in Australia’s WellBeing Magazine #170 in their “Real Life Experience” column.

Its now just over 12 months since the fall – and the scar has healed amazingly (was a little concerned about it 12 months ago!)

But the skin is an amazing organ.

And my legs – well they’re not the most shapely – I figure as long as they work!  Maybe not for skiing – but for hiking in Scotland – April 2018.

Watch this space for stories on my Scottish adventures and more.
