Cambodia on the radar

A chance to win a trip to Cambodia

A few years ago I had one of the best experiences travelling through Vietnam.  Travelling solo and my first visit to Vietnam I decided to take a tour – let someone else worry about the logistics. I also managed to tack on some additional days on either side of the tour and travelled independently doing my own thing.

The weird and wonderful things you discover when travelling

My G Adventures tour ended in Ho Chi Minh City and while the rest of the group took off to Cambodia to continue their next adventure, I travelled to the Mekong Delta for a unique experience at the Nguyen Shack.  I always regretted not tacking on the extra week to explore Cambodia – but knew I would return some day to discover Cambodia.

Now that opportunity has come up and even better I have the chance to win a fantastic trip to Cambodia thanks to Peregrine Travel Centre Queensland and Back Track Adventures running a blogging competition*.

I entered the Senior category (I’m getting on in years it seems) and have made it into their top 10 finalists. The best chance to win means grabbing as many votes as possible.  So I’m on the campaign trail and asking for your vote. I can’t wait to discover Cambodia and write a few blog posts on the highlights and share some new adventures.

Here’s the link to my story.  All you have to do is vote for me by following this link: Naked Communion – a divine onsen experience

Thanks from the Travel Bug Within – fingers crossed for Cambodia.

*Post blog update – I wasn’t the winner – but was fun being a part of the competition and hoping, waiting for the prize to be announced!
